Long term support

One of the areas that has grown significantly for is offering longer term support for clients in terms of managing their customers.

This has been caused by National Insurance increases, necessary salary increases to support employees during the cost of living increase that we are seeing, and even down to having to reduced profit margins to retain business. All of these have put pressure on businesses being able to have a full-time resource to manage areas of your business.

We can support you in the long-term by looking after your customers, without the need for you to maintain an expensive, full-time resource.

How it works

1
Give us the brief

Let us know what you need and what you’re trying to achieve and we will plan accordingly. Sometimes it’s a case of wanting to maintain the status-quo, other times there may be an opportunity that you are looking to capitalise on.

2
We’ll give you a proposal

Based on your brief, and often your budget, we’ll give you a proposal to fit the bill of what you are trying to achieve.

Once you’ve fed back on the proposal, we will create a clear KPI document that sets expectations for both of us.

3
Let’s get started

Based on a date to suit you we’ll get cracking. With our experience we always hit the ground running so there is usually no need for a lengthy induction process. If we have questions we will come to you, but we’re all about taking work off you so that you can concentrate on running your business.

FAQs

We are not a “Silver Bullet,” and one thing that I have learnt over the years is that there is no such thing as a quick and magical fix in business. However, there are always areas that can be improved, that will lead to the overall improved health of your business, and it is these results that we will deliver.

There will be improvements in the short, medium and long term. In my experience there will be improvements that can be made quickly, alongside improvements that require planning and a clear strategy. No business is the same, but my experience is all about finding those areas where improvements can be made and benefits delivered back to businesses.

Yes. One of the reasons that I started the business was that I had worked both for, and with, businesses of differing sizes, and I learnt that my broad experience could bring a host of benefits to any business.
