How it works
An initial 15 minute call highlighting the challenges and opportunities almost always reveals whether we can add any value to your business. If we believe we can add value then we move quickly onto phase 2. If not then we’ll be upfront and avoid wasting time for both of us. We are only interested in adding meaningful value.
If we believe that we can help, and importantly you would like our help, we simply agree an hourly rate and we put ourselves at your disposal. You take us through the situation(s) and we advise you on a suggested course of action. This service is usually capped at about 3 hours simply because anything more than that usually means we’re into greater levels of detail that require either some project work or a more medium / long-term approach.

Our goal is to add value through expertise and insight. The value of that value depends on a host of factors. We are not a “Silver Bullet,” and one thing that I have learnt over the years is that there is no such thing as a quick and magical fix in business. However, there are always areas that can be improved, that will lead to the overall improved health of your business, and it is these results that we will deliver.
There will be improvements in the short, medium and long term. In my experience there will be improvements that can be made quickly, alongside improvements that require planning and a clear strategy. No business is the same, but my experience is all about finding those areas where improvements can be made and benefits delivered back to businesses.
