Reclaiming and relaunching in the UK – 2016​​

Following a series of acquisitions the Quintessential Brands Company had been created in 2011, but by 2016 there were still 2 segments of the market in which they operated, but did not control.​

I came into the business to be the leader within this sector, both internally and externally, and to plan, and subsequently integrate these specific sectors into the main Quintessential Brands business.

The Result​​

Reclaiming and relaunching in the UK – 2016​​

After an initial 6 months the majority of the sectors had been successfully integrated into the Quintessential business and we then focused on embedding them properly into the internal business and the external landscape. By the end of the 12 month-period we achieved our goal of becoming a recognised Top 10 player within the sector.

Interogated the information

Information came from a number of different sources so it was forensically examined to establish reality.

Aligned the Strategy

Assimilating this into an existing business meant strategies had to be carefully aligned with this existing business.

Devised the Comms Plan

Going out to market with a new message on existing business required an exceptionally clear and well devised comms plan.

Made it happen

There was a significant amount of planning and reviewing done, and once actioned the business was quickly and successfully intograted.
