Was it the right time to relaunch in the UK Market ?​​

Having previously had a presence in the UK the US company Paktech were considering if 2025 was the right time for them to return to the UK market.​

Ahead of a full-scale, and potentially costly launch, I proposed a 6-month programme to establish the viability and potential cost of a return to the UK market.​

This was done through extensive research and market insight and the targeting of a host of channels and customers.

The Solution​​

Through the significant and expert research carried out it was established that it was not the appropriate time to relaunch in the UK for a variety of factors explained in the final report.​

However, through the research into the market we established that there were other opportunities in other European countries that were more suited for Paktech to explore
