Was it the right time to relaunch in the UK Market ?
Having previously had a presence in the UK the US company Paktech were considering if 2025 was the right time for them to return to the UK market.
Ahead of a full-scale, and potentially costly launch, I proposed a 6-month programme to establish the viability and potential cost of a return to the UK market.
This was done through extensive research and market insight and the targeting of a host of channels and customers.
