I have supported businesses in the very short term for a couple of months, alongside continually working for businesses for a number of years​

It is often that it is expensive, or unecessary to take on a full time commercial resource, and what I can offer is significant expertise without the commitment or need to find a full-time employee

My approach is very simple

I ask questions, usually lots of questions, to establish a clear understanding of the business, the people, the market, the challenges and the opportunities to determine exactly how and where I can provide the most value​.

Summarise what I’ve found and validate it amongst the key stakeholders​.

Confirm exactly where the focus areas are that I can support on, and map out clearly what is going to be done by when.
